4130 grade AISI pipe is a low-alloy grade designed with chromium and molybdenum content. The AISI 4130 Pipe is generally referred to as the A335 material, and they exhibit reasonable strength and toughness. The versatile 4130 Chromoly Pipe showcases good corrosion and oxidation resistance in a stress-induced setup. These pipes work well against pitting and reducing acids in marine and harsh environments. They possess a melting point of 1432 degrees C with a density of 7.85 g/cm3. The ASTM A519 Gr 4130 Pipe can suffice in a range of pressures and temperatures. These pipes can be readily welded in place following standard welding procedures. These pipes can be heat treated to meet the mechanical specifications seen in the grade. AISI 4130 Seamless Pipe is one of the strongest pipe types in this grade. These pipes are produced by passing hot steel billets to shape them in precise dimensions. The absence of any seams or welds allows them to possess enhanced load-bearing capacity along with good tolerance against corrosive media. The piping components of these grades that are produced in India, especially our outlets are of the highest quality and cheap due to the abundant availability of raw materials and labour. The strong logistical support chain also plays a critical role in supplying and delivering the material from place to place.
The AISI 4130 Tube is designed with outstanding strength and mechanical properties. These tubes possess a minimum tensile strength of 560 Mpa with a minimum yield strength of 460 Mpa. They have a Brinell hardness of 217 max while having a bulk modulus of 140 GPa. For better properties, the tubes are annealed at temperatures around 1575 degrees F, followed by cooling. This SAE 4130 Tubing is a common fixture in oil and gas industries, aerospace, defense equipment, automotive sector, agricultural units, structural units, petrochemical applications, and so on. If you have any queries about the pricing of the tubing in this grade, contact us for more information.
